Vine, everyone’s favorite short video making app, has had an update that allows users to 1: mention people in posts just like Twitter or Facebook,      2: The ability to switch to the front facing camera half way though a video.  There was also an improvement to the people search which now lets you find friends by the Twitter Handles.    Download it Now!
